What is the first dish you’ve ever cooked?
I don’t remember the first dish i specifically cooked, but growing up I would always watch ‘Great Chefs of the World’ on KPBS. I would watch the show, get hungry and try to mimic the style of cooking with whatever I found in the fridge or freezer. I would like to think it turned out amazing, but most likely not; I still ate it.
